Yeah, that happens. Can you at least see the entries in your WP admin?
Yet another (not so easy to see) reason to use Gravity Forms.
Sending out emails from your website (from the server) can be a pain. It can just sometimes plain not work. You talk to the sys admin and they tweak, the host does something, maybe you make a tweak to the plugin or feature trying to send out the email and then … maybe it works. Yeah, been there. Not fun. Oh, and your form is basically useless. Might as well put [email protected] with a nasty mailto: link in there. Yuck.
Not that Gravity Forms is going to solve your server issues, but at least the form will work and you’ll have a record of people who filled it out–right there in your WP admin. Cool, huh? Yeah, and useful. Not to mention life saving. OK, life saving is a slight exaggeration, but after this morning’s phone call, it saved something.
Give Gravity Forms a try, you won’t be sorry. Ever.
