HTML in Comments

How can you add links, formatting (italics, bold, even bullets) into a comment area of a site when there’s not a WYSIWYG editor? You can either:

  1. Know your HTML and code it manually, or
  2. Use a WYSIWYG editor that your probably already have access to.

In this video, I show you a tiny bit of HTML code to make a link, but that’s no fun and leaves lots of room for error. Instead, use your favorite web publishing tool (e.g. WordPress, Blogger, etc.) and just use their editor, copy out the code, paste it into the comment and voila!

Just to test and hopefully prove how awesome your video was I’m adding my Reflex Reactions link here.

In anticipation of success I say thank you again – that was really easy :)

I didn’t see any link either … I was just commenting that his comment worked! Hmm. I added in a URL for him … but that’s cheating! Wanna try putting a link back to a post of yours, Ida?
